What I did.
01Leading a three-person team rewriting Simas Merchant in React Native: QRIS payment flows (CPM/MPM), transaction history, multi-merchant switching, and role-based access (cashier, manager, owner)
02Feature lead for Bonds, Mutual Funds, Transfer, and Bill Payment on the 10-person team that rewrote the 10+ year-old SimobiPlus app in seven months, using domain-driven feature modules so squads could ship in parallel
03Built the shared component library now published to npm and reused across the bank's other mobile apps; took unit-test coverage from 0 to 70% (SonarQube Security A, Reliability A)
04Set up the team's Claude Code workflow for the rewrite: wrote the conventions, module structure, and component library rules agents had to follow, and reviewed every change before merge
05Cut app size from 100MB+ to 42MB, cold start from 5.79s to 1.12s, and raised crash-free users from 92.62% to 99.03% (Sentry)
