What I did.
01Led a five-person team for the backoffice platform behind KYC verification, settlement, and business development
02Ran a six-month, zero-downtime migration from a legacy React SPA to Next.js with no interruption to KYC or settlement operations, sustaining 99% uptime throughout
03Introduced atomic design and a modular component setup. Code duplication dropped by ~40%
04Added SonarCloud quality gates (held above 90%) and Sentry monitoring
05Worked closely with the CTO and engineering manager on tech improvements and squad growth, and collaborated with PM and the backend squad on priorities and delivery
06Built the design system documentation in Storybook, including edge cases and visual states, which reduced back-and-forth between engineering and design during reviews
