The God of Highschool: Legends.
Pre-registration site for The God of Highschool: Legends, MNC Games and ITOXI's mobile game based on the webtoon.
About the project.
The launch site for The God of Highschool: Legends, a mobile game by MNC Games and ITOXI. It introduces the characters, shows trailers and news, and collects e-mail pre-registrations in exchange for in-game rewards, with a bold, anime-styled design built to match the game.
Challenges & decisions.
The mission
The site built hype before launch: players met the characters, watched trailers, followed launch news, and pre-registered by e-mail to unlock rewards on release day.
Built for campaign traffic
A Next.js marketing site with heavy illustration and full-bleed sections. Most traffic arrived from campaigns at the same time, so first load and image delivery mattered as much as the visuals.
What's inside
Hero with the main characters and pre-register calls to action.
Character, media, and news sections with trailers and galleries.
E-mail pre-registration tied to in-game rewards.
News article pages for launch announcements.
Links to the Google Play and App Store listings.
The hard parts
Translating an illustration-heavy design into responsive pages without losing its energy.
Keeping large artwork fast to load during campaign traffic spikes.
A pre-registration flow simple enough to convert on mobile.
What I built
I built the frontend in Next.js: the page sections, responsive layouts for the artwork, the news pages, and the pre-registration form.
Built with.
A look inside.
