Setoko Merchant Dashboard.
Setoko's web dashboard for merchants: manage products, orders, customers, sales reports, payouts, and an in-store cashier in one place.
About the project.
Setoko helps small businesses run an online store alongside their physical one. The dashboard covers daily operations: orders that need action, products with bulk price, stock and discount editing, customer insights, sales and profit reports, Setoko balance and withdrawals, and a point-of-sale cashier for in-store sales.
Challenges & decisions.
The merchant side
Setoko is the merchant side of the Sekitar ecosystem, built for Indonesia's micro and small businesses. One dashboard handles online orders, in-store sales, and payouts.
Built for non-technical users
A Next.js web app for merchants, most of whom are not technical. It combines an online-store CMS, reporting, a balance ledger, and a POS, so data from both online and offline sales lands in the same reports.
Inside the dashboard
Dashboard with balance, orders to process, sales trends, and best sellers.
Guided onboarding to set up an online store.
Product management with bulk price, stock, and discount editing.
Customer list with order counts, spend, and favourite products.
Sales summary with revenue, promotion costs, profit, and export.
Setoko balance with transaction history and withdrawals.
Point-of-sale cashier (Setoko POS) and shipping (Setoko GO).
The hard parts
Making dense operational data easy to scan for first-time merchants.
Fast bulk editing across large product catalogues.
Keeping online and in-store sales consistent in one set of reports.
What I built
I built frontend features across the dashboard: product and customer management, sales reports, the balance pages, and the POS cashier.
Built with.
A look inside.
