SANTRI-MO.
East Jakarta Religious Court app: join the queue nearby and check case info remotely.
About the project.
SANTRI-MO brings Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur's services to visitors' phones. I built the React Native app from scratch: visitors join the queue within a few hundred metres of the court, follow their position in real time, and check divorce certificates and hearing schedules without visiting in person.
Challenges & decisions.
Overview:
SANTRI-MO (Sistem Antrian dan Informasi Perkara Mobile) is the mobile app of Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur, the Religious Court for East Jakarta. The court handles marriage, divorce, and inheritance cases for Muslim citizens.
Problem
Visitors had to come to the courthouse in person just to take a queue number, and the court wanted to simplify that process.
Case information such as divorce certificates (akta cerai) and hearing schedules was only available offline at the court.
What I did
Built the app from scratch in React Native, from project setup to release.
Implemented the Figma designs faithfully and delivered on schedule.
Implemented location detection so users can join the queue only within a few hundred metres of the court, as the court required.
Impact
Users check their case data, such as divorce certificates and hearing schedules, in the app instead of going to the court.
Users register for the queue from the app once they are within a few hundred metres of the court.
Users follow their queue position in real time.
Built with.
A look inside.
