Haisatwa.
A marketplace app for pet owners: shop from nearby pet stores, book care services, and get orders delivered.
About the project.
Haisatwa connects pet owners with nearby pet shops and service providers. Users browse a shop's products, check out with on-demand delivery and virtual account payment, book services such as daily care for their pets, and chat with support about their orders.
Challenges & decisions.
The idea
Haisatwa is a POC project: one app for everything a pet owner needs from local businesses, from food and supplies to grooming and daily care.
POC project, real stack
A React Native app built around location: shops are listed by distance, delivery runs through on-demand couriers, and every service booking is tied to a saved pet profile.
What's inside
Pet shop pages with ratings, distance, and a product catalogue.
Cart with delivery options and virtual account payment.
Service booking, such as daily care, linked to the user's pets.
Saved addresses with a map pin and current location.
In-app chat with customer support about orders.
The hard parts
Designing one flow that works for both products and services.
Making location, delivery, and payment steps feel quick on mobile.
Clear empty states, such as asking users to add a pet before booking a service.
What I built
I designed and built the app end to end: the user flows and UI, the shop, cart, and checkout screens, service booking, and the address and chat features.
Built with.
A look inside.
